I am curious to know more about the interview process and what to expect?

When I interview there I was contacted by Mallery and interviewed by Christina. I want to say my first interview was about 20 minutes, a little brief but it went into the main questions I had. I was called back for a full day interview to see ‘a day in the life’. I really appreciated this because I knew exactly what the position was before I even walked in the door my first day.

Working here has taught me a lot about communicating with other individuals. I really lacked ‘tact’ when I started but I have progressed and now oversee my own sales team. I am responsible for motivating them to reach their goals and developing them in the skills to help them grow personally and professionally. I took a major pay cut to work here but I genuinely enjoy every day.

A lot of the interviews I conduct ask about commission. If someone reading this is wondering still about payment options. You have an option of SALARY plus commission OR 100% commission.

I hope you don’t just take my experience working here as your basis for taking the interview or not.
Just go in and ask questions. You never know until you try…right?
