So, i’ve recently been infected with the "internet security 2010" virus, and i found a solution to it to make it stop running and also delete the trojans that come along with it. The false program is no longer running on my computer, and ive preformed a full scan on my computer afterwards and deleted what trojans were left
Now, heres the problem: When i open internet explorer and say i go to wikipedia or youtube or face book ect ect, i will be SOMETIMES( around 1/2 times) be redirected to marketing websites such as "paperboy.net" or "buy ______ . com" or "vacation blah blah.com" . Is this being caused by the virus i just recently got rid of, and if so how can i fix this. if its not from the virus how can i fix it?
